In just 6 months, you’ll sharpen clinical precision, workflow fluency, and professional judgment—so you can deliver safer care, support providers more effectively, and make a measurable impact on patient experience. What You’ll Master: • Complex venipuncture and specimen handling for accuracy the lab can trust. • 12‑lead EKG acquisition with rhythm recognition and artifact troubleshooting. • Medication safety within MA scope: injections, documentation, and error prevention. • Point‑of‑care testing and quality control that meet real clinic standards. • Sterile technique, wound‑care assists, and procedure room flow to keep visits on time. • Front‑to‑back triage: vital signs, chief complaint, brief histories, and escalation. • EHR super‑user efficiency: orders, tasking, messaging, and clean documentation. • Care coordination and population health basics to close loops and reduce readmits. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: You will receive a 100% refund ( less $100 registration fee ) if you cancel at least three business days before the start date, or 75% if they cancel at least two business days prior. No refunds are issued the day of training or for no-shows. One seat-available transfer is permitted for $15 if requested at least 24 hours before the next start or within two business days after a no-show; this fee may be waived once for documented emergencies. Payment Plan Policy: Trinity offers payment plans through Denefits®, a third-party platform. Minimum due at signup: $500 down plus any Denefits enrollment/administrative fees (non-refundable). Monthly installments are set in Denefits; AutoPay is required. Keep your payment method current. All plan payments are made directly in the Denefits portal (not to Trinity). Late or missed payments are subject to Denefits terms/fees and may pause class access, grades, certificates, or externship placement until the account is current. Cancellations/withdrawals: Trinity’s tuition refund policy applies to tuition; Denefits fees are non-refundable. You may prepay anytime without penalty. Defaulted plans may be sent to collections; the student remains responsible for any unpaid balance. Using Denefits does not change program policies, attendance requirements, or financial obligations to Trinity.
